Return Policy for Pre-Loved Riding Gear:

At Asteride, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may want to exchange an item. In such cases, we offer a straightforward exchange policy.

Exchange Policy:

1. Request Period: 

You may request an exchange within 1 day from the date of product delivery. Any requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipment: 

The customer must ship back the product in its original condition within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. After this period, no returns or replacements will be accepted.

3.Product Condition: 

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. It should not be used, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

4.Original Packaging: 

The product should be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included when you received it.

5.Proof of Purchase: 

Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note that due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for exchange. These include:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been personalized or customized
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

No Refunds:

Please note that pre-loved gear can only be exchanged and not refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

All shipping charges related to the exchange must be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays:

We understand that shipping delays can be frustrating. However, we cannot accommodate order cancellations or exchanges arising from delivery delays caused by the shipping company.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange. They will provide you with further instructions.
